Ingredients
  1. 1 QT Vegetable Stock low sodium
  2. 4 OZ firm tofu
  3. 3 slices fresh ginger
  4. 1 tbsp coconut liquid aminos
  5. 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  6. Pinch of salt & pepper
  7. 1 tsp chili flakes
  8. 1/4 green onions chopped
  9. 2 cups chopped mixed vegetables
Instructions
  1. Bring stock to a boil with fresh ginger
  2. once to a boil remove ginger slices
  3. add the rest of the ingredients
  4. simmer on low for 20 minutes
  5. serve
