- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries defrosted completely
- 1/8 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Let the frozen blueberries defrost completely beforehand.
- In a sealable container, add the chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup and stir to combine.
- Add in the blueberries last before sealing and storing the container in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, give it a could stir and it’s ready to enjoy!
