Blueberry Chia Pudding


  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries defrosted completely
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Let the frozen blueberries defrost completely beforehand.
  2. In a sealable container, add the chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup and stir to combine.
  3. Add in the blueberries last before sealing and storing the container in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  4. In the morning, give it a could stir and it’s ready to enjoy!
