- 1/3 cup quinoa (uncooked)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- cinnamon and ginger
- splash of vanilla extract
- Rinse your quinoa well.
- In a pot, add all the ingredients on med-high heat and let it boil.
- Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cover the pot. Let it sit for about 15 minutes or until the quinoa is cooked.
- It’s ready to enjoy hot with a splash of milk or with your favorite fruits. You can also store it for the next morning and reheat in the microwave.
