Breakfast  Quinoa


  • 1/3 cup quinoa (uncooked)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • cinnamon and ginger
  • splash of vanilla extract


  1. Rinse your quinoa well.
  2. In a pot, add all the ingredients on med-high heat and let it boil.
  3. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cover the pot. Let it sit for about 15 minutes or until the quinoa is cooked.
  4. It’s ready to enjoy hot with a splash of milk or with your favorite fruits. You can also store it for the next morning and reheat in the microwave.
