Gluten Free Vegan Cauliflower Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Garlic, dried
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion, dried
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/12 cups finely chopped cauliflower dried ( blend the cauliflower so it is fine then microwave it for 6 minutes until all the water is evaporated and the cauliflower is dry extra moisture to the mixture will alter the results of this recipe)
  • 1/3 almond flour
  • 1/3 coconut flower
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 flax eggs (1 flax egg is 1 tbsp ground flax and 3 tbsp water)
  • * optional sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. mix ingredients together in a bowl with wisk or a power mixer
  3. use doughnut mold pans and spray them with a coconut non stick spray
  4. sprinkle the sesame seeds in the bottom before pouring the mixture in
  5. bake for 6 -10 minutes keep an eye on them they may be done baking sooner you will notice the edges getting a golden brown
  6. let cool, cut out center to create a hole
  7. enjoy
