Gluten Free Vegan Cauliflower Bagels
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Garlic, dried
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion, dried
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/12 cups finely chopped cauliflower dried ( blend the cauliflower so it is fine then microwave it for 6 minutes until all the water is evaporated and the cauliflower is dry extra moisture to the mixture will alter the results of this recipe)
- 1/3 almond flour
- 1/3 coconut flower
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 flax eggs (1 flax egg is 1 tbsp ground flax and 3 tbsp water)
- * optional sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- preheat oven to 400 degrees
- mix ingredients together in a bowl with wisk or a power mixer
- use doughnut mold pans and spray them with a coconut non stick spray
- sprinkle the sesame seeds in the bottom before pouring the mixture in
- bake for 6 -10 minutes keep an eye on them they may be done baking sooner you will notice the edges getting a golden brown
- let cool, cut out center to create a hole
- enjoy
