Low Cal Nori Flax Crackers

  1. 1/2 cup flax seeds
  2. 1/2 cup golden flax seeds
  3. 1 1/2 cups water
  4. 2 tablespoon low sodium gluten free tamari
  5. 2 nori sheets broken up (1/2 cup)
  1. Soak flaxseeds and tamari in water for at least an hour. Next, add nori. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoonful per cracker on a Teflon sheet. Put in dehydrator and dehydrate at 110° for 24-28 hours, or until crispy. Turn over halfway through the dehydrating process so that they dehydrate faster.
