Low Carb Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake Moose

Ingredients
  1. 15 oz organic pumpkin puree
  2. 2 oz Vegan cream Cheese
  3. Monk or stevia drops to taste
  4. 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  5. 3/4 cup coconut milk full fat
  6. 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Put ingredients in a bowl
  2. Using a mixer, combine all ingredients
  3. add vanilla and coconut milk
  4. mix well until smooth
  5. refrigerate for 1 hour
  6. top with non-dairy whip and serve
