- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp utnsweentened shredded coconut
- 1-3 tbsp pepitas (or any nuts/seeds)
- Optional: 1-2 tbsp protein powder
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- Toppings: nut butter, berries, extra nuts, etc.
- Add dry ingredients to your container of choice and pour in milk and maple syrup. Give it a good stir to make sure everything is well incorporated. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
