Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp utnsweentened shredded coconut
  • 1-3 tbsp pepitas (or any nuts/seeds)
  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Toppings: nut butter, berries, extra nuts, etc

Instructions

  1. Add dry ingredients to your container of choice and pour in milk and maple syrup. Give it a good stir to make sure everything is well incorporated. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
