Raw Vegan Gingerbread Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter

Instructions

  1. Mix in a food processor
  2. Form into balls or roll out onto a sheet and use cookie cutters
  3. Optional: roll ginger bread balls into confectioners sugar or dust ontop ( I used a sugar free confectioners sugar)
  4. Serve
