Spinach Garlic Carrot Noodle Stuffed Portobello

  2. spiraled carrots
  3. spinach

  6. coconut oil
  1. Heat pan with avocado oil sauteed spiraled carrots until soft.
  2. Turn heat down add in spinach and garlic mix together to make sure everything in incorporated.
  3. Once spinach is wilted set aside.
  4. Rinse portobello cut off stem and stray both sides with non stick spray O used coconut oil spray.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on 325.
  6. Take out portobellos stuff with carrot mixture and bake for another 10 minutes.
