Vegan / Keto Spaghetti Sauce Zucchini Boats

Ingredients
  1. 1 zucchini
  2. 1 package DIY Burger by @tofurky
  3. Half sweet onion
  4. 2 cups mushrooms
  5. 1 tsp Chili flakes
  6. 1 garlic clove
  7. 1 can tomato sauce organic
  8. 2 tsp oregano
  9. 1 bay leaf
  10. 1 tsp basil
  11. Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 325
  2. -Cut zucchini in half long ways and bake for 10 minutes on each side
  3. -Make Spaghetti sauce by cooking the meat in a pan then add the onions & mushroom once tender sour in the tomato sauce and other ingredients and cook on low for 20 minutes
  4. -Hollow out the zucchini with a spoon
  5. -Fill hollowed zucchini with sauce top with vegan cheese of choice bake for another 5 minutes and serve
