Zero Carb Shirataki noodles Stirfry + sunflower butter sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 spring onions diced
- 100 g long-stemmed broccoli
- 1 small carrot cut into small batons
- 1/4 cabbage shredded
- 2 pack g Shirataki noodles*
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sunflower butter
- 1-2 tbsp coconut aminos**
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large saucepan on a medium heat and add the shirataki noodles.
- Cook for a couple of minutes until water starts evaporating, then add in 2 cups of veggies (broccoli, Onion, carrot, cabbage and ginger.
- Once everything is just about cooked, add the sunflower butter, garlic powder and coconut aminos. Stir into the vegetables and noodles to create a sauce and warm through.
- Top eith green onions if desired and enjoy.
