Zero Carb Shirataki noodles Stirfry + sunflower butter sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 spring onions diced
  • 100 g long-stemmed broccoli
  • 1 small carrot cut into small batons
  • 1/4 cabbage shredded
  • 2 pack g Shirataki noodles*
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sunflower butter
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut aminos**

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large saucepan on a medium heat and add the shirataki noodles.
  2. Cook for a couple of minutes until water starts evaporating, then add in 2 cups of veggies (broccoli, Onion, carrot, cabbage and ginger.
  3. Once everything is just about cooked, add the sunflower butter, garlic powder and coconut aminos. Stir into the vegetables and noodles to create a sauce and warm through.
  4. Top eith green onions if desired and enjoy.
